Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end purchasing process for materials and services.
- Lead and mentor the purchasing team to achieve procurement KPIs and efficiency goals.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong, productive relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production/logistics departments to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Conduct regular market research to ensure competitive pricing and identify alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policy, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on spending, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management software.
