Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence? Graha Megaria Raya is seeking a highly motivated Purchasing Supervisor to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing General Affair operations at TS Residence. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can optimize costs without compromising quality, ensuring our facilities operate at peak performance.
As our Purchasing Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supply chain management, balancing the needs of our stakeholders with budget constraints and operational timelines. This position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise in negotiation, logistics, and vendor management will have a direct impact on the success of our hospitality properties.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic purchasing policies to streamline procurement processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation of contracts, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Oversee daily General Affair operations at TS Residence, ensuring all facility requirements are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with department heads to forecast supply needs.
- Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate monthly reports for management review.
- Resolve supply chain bottlenecks and handle discrepancies in invoices or shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Supervisor, GA Supervisor, or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of local market sourcing in Bali.
