Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure timely supply of raw materials and production components.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the purchasing team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize procurement costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production department to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on departmental performance, cost savings, and supplier reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
