Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure timely acquisition of high-quality materials.
- Supervise and mentor the purchasing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing suppliers while actively sourcing new vendors to improve cost-efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to provide accurate cost projections and budget forecasts.
- Oversee the entire purchase-to-pay process, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to prevent stock-outs and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Negotiate favorable contract terms, payment cycles, and service level agreements (SLAs) with key suppliers.
- Monitor vendor performance and implement corrective actions where necessary to ensure quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, inventory management, and raw material procurement.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Kabupaten Kendal, Central Java.
