PT Cou Cou Indonesia, a rapidly expanding leader in the bakery and confectionery manufacturing sector, is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Purchasing Supervisor to join our growing team in Cikarang Pusat. As we continue to scale our production capabilities, we require a procurement professional who can optimize our supply chain, ensure the highest quality of raw ingredients, and manage vendor relationships with excellence.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, balancing cost-effectiveness with the premium quality standards that our brand is known for. You will lead procurement activities, manage inventory levels to prevent production downtime, and implement sourcing strategies that support our long-term growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, and bakery-specific equipment.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable lead times.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning to ensure seamless manufacturing workflows.
- Conduct regular market research and price analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Negotiate favorable terms, payment schedules, and delivery agreements with vendors.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and food industry regulations (HACCP/ISO).
- Prepare regular procurement reports, budget analysis, and forecasting for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the FMCG or food/bakery manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory management software).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex vendor relationships.
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, import/export regulations, and inventory control.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
