PT Molindo Raya Industrial is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Supervisor to lead our molasses procurement operations in Malang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that the procurement of molasses is executed with precision, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
You will be responsible for end-to-end purchasing activities, including planning supply requirements, maintaining accurate inventory records, and managing vendor relationships to ensure high-quality material delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor the procurement of molasses according to production schedules.
- Manage end-to-end purchase order processes from requisition to material receipt.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all procurement activities and supply logs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and timely delivery schedules.
- Analyze market trends and molasses availability to forecast procurement needs.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of received materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Report weekly procurement performance metrics to the management team.
- Resolve supply chain bottlenecks and vendor discrepancies effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple suppliers simultaneously.
- Proficiency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to be based in Malang, Jawa Timur.
