We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Purchasing Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Cikarang. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless acquisition of raw materials and services that drive our production excellence.
As the Purchasing Supervisor, you will lead the end-to-end procurement cycle, from vendor selection and price negotiation to inventory oversight and supplier performance management. You will be instrumental in cost optimization and ensuring that our procurement processes align with the company's efficiency goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire purchasing cycle to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Execute strategic negotiations to achieve the best cost-to-quality ratio.
- Manage purchase orders (PO) and ensure all documentation complies with company audit standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to prevent stockouts.
- Analyze market trends to anticipate price fluctuations and supply chain risks.
- Supervise purchasing staff and ensure adherence to departmental SOPs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management systems (ERP).
- Proven ability to negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
