Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial reports
- Expert negotiation skills with contract management experience
