Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing
- Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Apply for customs approvals and provide expert advice on customs procedures and international trade regulations
- Develop and implement vendor evaluation criteria and performance monitoring systems
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment of purchasing strategies with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, vendor management, or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, international trade regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
