Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute robust vendor management strategies to ensure operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Provide expert advisory services regarding customs procedures, import/export regulations, and international trade compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end customs approval process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to meet departmental KPIs.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian trade laws and international logistics standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a procurement, vendor management, or customs advisory role within the logistics industry.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required to manage international communications.
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, HS codes, and import/export documentation.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, industrial environment in Cikarang.
- Proven track record of managing complex vendor contracts and compliance-related projects.
