Join our dynamic team as a QA Audit Specialist and drive operational excellence across our Jabodetabek & Banten outlets. This critical role involves conducting comprehensive operational audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. You'll be pivotal in maintaining service consistency, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction through rigorous assessment methodologies.
As a key member of our quality assurance division, you'll develop detailed audit reports with actionable insights, monitor implementation progress, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The position offers exposure to diverse operational environments and opportunities to refine your analytical skills within a growth-oriented manufacturing and logistics company.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive operational audits across retail/service outlets in Jabodetabek & Banten region
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and compliance status
- Collaborate with outlet teams to implement corrective action plans
- Monitor and verify follow-up actions to ensure resolution of identified issues
- Develop standardized audit checklists and evaluation criteria
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and systemic improvement opportunities
- Communicate audit results to management with clear implementation roadmaps
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or operational auditing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to operational detail
- Proficiency in audit methodologies and quality standards (ISO preferred)
- Excellent report writing and documentation capabilities
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel for data analysis, Word for reporting)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
