We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Compliance Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Karawang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations align with international Quality Assurance standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will act as a bridge between internal departments and external partners, maintaining the highest levels of product integrity and regulatory compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) training programs across all production levels.
- Coordinate Performance Qualification (PQ) activities to ensure equipment and processes meet validated standards.
- Perform comprehensive supplier audits and manage quality relationships to maintain strict supply chain standards.
- Handle customer quality inquiries and complaints with timely investigations and corrective action reports.
- Oversee Toll Manufacturing quality processes to ensure external partners adhere to our internal quality benchmarks.
- Manage the creation, review, and maintenance of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) documentation for all materials.
- Facilitate internal and external quality audits, ensuring documentation readiness and compliance with regulatory bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Compliance role within the manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and relevant Indonesian regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage technical documentation and quality management systems (QMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
