We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Field professional to join our operations team in Cikande, Banten.
As a QA Field, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production and logistics outputs meet rigorous quality specifications. You will be the frontline defender of our brand integrity, conducting on-site inspections, monitoring processes, and identifying opportunities for quality improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting systematic on-site quality inspections of materials and finished goods in the field/production area.
- Monitoring and documenting production processes to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identifying, reporting, and documenting quality deviations or defects promptly.
- Collaborating with production and logistics teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Performing regular equipment checks to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Ensuring all products meet safety and quality compliance standards before distribution.
- Generating daily, weekly, and monthly quality inspection reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and measuring devices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to be stationed in Cikande, Banten and work flexible hours if required.
