Astro Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated QA Fresh Hub professional to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring the superior quality of our fresh and frozen product lines, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
As a QA Fresh Hub Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring storage conditions, verifying product integrity, and coordinating the effective management of bad stock. You will also handle essential documentation and generate daily quality reports to drive continuous improvement within our supply chain. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on fresh and frozen products to ensure they meet all safety and quality specifications.
- Monitor and document storage temperatures and environmental conditions to prevent product degradation.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to efficiently manage and process bad stock and returns.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all quality control activities and daily logs.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily quality reports to management.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and food safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in identifying root causes of quality deviations and implementing corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of cold chain logistics, food safety standards, and storage best practices.
- Good communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/hub environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and report preparation.
