Tanggung Jawab
- Perform rigorous quality inspections on incoming fresh and frozen goods to ensure they meet internal quality standards.
- Monitor and record storage temperatures regularly to prevent spoilage and ensure cold chain integrity.
- Manage the identification, documentation, and coordination of 'bad stock' or damaged products.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and documentation for all quality checks performed throughout the shift.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily quality reports to the hub management team.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to ensure optimal product rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and storage conditions.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in quality control or food handling is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle product defects.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and cold chain management.
- Proficiency in using digital tools or basic computer applications for daily reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of warehouse inspection.
- Willingness to work shifts as required by the hub's operational hours.
