Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily quality inspections of fresh and frozen products
- Monitor and record storage temperatures and conditions
- Coordinate handling of expired/damaged inventory (bad stock)
- Maintain systematic quality documentation and records
- Prepare daily quality control reports
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate (SMA/D3/S1) in Food Technology, Logistics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles
- Attention to detail and precision in inspections
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a cold storage environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
