You will monitor storage conditions, verify quality metrics, and manage inventory discrepancies to minimize waste and maximize customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections for all incoming fresh and frozen product shipments.
- Monitor and record cold storage temperatures to ensure compliance with food safety and storage standards.
- Coordinate the management, segregation, and reporting of bad stock or damaged inventory.
- Maintain precise documentation of all quality checks and inspection findings.
- Prepare daily quality reports to provide actionable insights for hub operations.
- Proactively identify potential quality risks and escalate issues to the hub supervisor.
- Support the team in implementing hygiene and safety protocols within the warehouse facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Quality Control, Food Production, or Warehouse Operations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and cold chain management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment and adhere to strict schedules.
- Willingness to work in shifts and maintain physical stamina for warehouse duties.
