Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality inspections of fresh and frozen products to ensure they meet company standards
- Monitor and record temperature conditions during storage and transportation
- Coordinate with warehouse team to manage and report on bad stock issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of all quality control activities and findings
- Prepare daily quality reports for management review
- Identify and report quality issues or non-conformities promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduate or with less than 1 year of experience in quality control or related field
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and quality control procedures
- Attention to detail with strong observational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications for reporting
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperature conditions
