Alas sepatu is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Lab Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of product quality and safety. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive physical and chemical testing to ensure all materials and finished products meet strict industry specifications.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations, with a keen eye for identifying defects in raw materials and finished goods. You will oversee the inspection process, analyze environmental conditions, and maintain accurate documentation of all testing results. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous physical and chemical testing on raw materials and finished shoe products to ensure quality standards.
- Analyze defects and non-conformities to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform detailed inspection of incoming raw materials to verify compliance with specifications.
- Execute environmental testing to ensure products withstand various conditions.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy in all testing procedures.
- Prepare and compile detailed test reports and records for management review.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and laboratory management standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a QA Laboratory or Quality Control role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of physical and chemical testing methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using laboratory testing instruments and reporting software.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English communication skills.
