Join Private Advertiser as a QA Lead to spearhead our Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives and drive excellence across all product lifecycle stages. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader to design, implement, and maintain robust quality frameworks ensuring compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements. You will champion quality-first culture while optimizing testing processes to deliver flawless digital experiences to our global user base. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to define quality metrics, conduct risk assessments, and implement continuous improvement methodologies. This position offers the opportunity to shape our quality strategy while mentoring a high-performing QA team in a dynamic tech environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and industry best practices
- Design and execute strategic testing methodologies including functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Establish quality metrics and KPIs to monitor product excellence and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular quality audits and compliance reviews to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions
- Mentor and develop QA team members through skill-building programs and performance coaching
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality gates throughout the development lifecycle
- Stay current with emerging quality assurance technologies and industry regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise implementing QMS frameworks and quality standards (ISO, CMMI, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, automation tools (Selenium, Jira), and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience managing QA teams of 5+ members in agile development environments
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate quality requirements into actionable plans
- Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., CQA, CQE) or Testing (e.g., ISTQB) highly desirable
