Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team to achieve departmental goals and uphold company quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory requirements and internal QA programs.
- Manage root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for manufacturing deviations.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics to senior management, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to resolve quality-related bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of equipment, processes, and raw materials.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure certification renewal and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC management within the electronics or high-precision manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and performance development.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound, evidence-based decisions.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is essential for effective cross-departmental communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
