- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems (ISO 22000, GMP)
- Conduct internal and external quality audits and compliance assessments
- Manage supplier qualification and audit processes
- Oversee product quality control and testing procedures

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as QA Manager in food manufacturing
- Expert knowledge of ISO 22000, GMP, and food safety regulations
- Proven experience in supplier audits and quality management
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, FSSC 22000)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in quality management software and documentation systems
