PT Alamanda Global Health is a leading cosmetics and skincare manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality, safe, and innovative products. We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented QA Manager to oversee and elevate our Quality Assurance operations at our manufacturing facility in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.
As the QA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all manufacturing processes conform to established quality standards, regulatory requirements (BPOM, CPKB/GMP), and customer specifications. You will lead a dedicated QA team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and champion a culture of quality excellence across our production facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with CPKB (Cara Pembuatan Kosmetika yang Baik), ISO 9001, and BPOM regulations.
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the QA department, including line clearance, process validation, and document control.
- Oversee raw material, packaging, and finished goods release processes to ensure absolute compliance with established standards.
- Lead investigations into quality deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformances, implementing robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections (BPOM) and third-party audits.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive quality training programs for production and QA staff to foster a quality-first mindset.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline. A registered Pharmacist (Apoteker) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of CPKB (GMP for Cosmetics), BPOM regulations, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with a proven track record of managing QA/QC teams.
- Proven expertise in handling CAPA, root cause analysis, risk management, and statistical process control.
- Willing to be stationed at our manufacturing site in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.
