Tanggung Jawab
- Perform visual and technical inspections of raw materials and finished goods according to SOPs.
- Maintain accurate quality control logs and documentation for each production batch.
- Identify, report, and isolate defective products to prevent them from entering the supply chain.
- Operate testing equipment and measuring tools with high precision.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality deviations and process bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of quality control workflows and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing quality assurance or production role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product defects.
- Capable of working in shifts and adapting to a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or digital reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members.
