Tanggung Jawab
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections of products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize precision measurement tools to verify product dimensions and quality standards.
- Document inspection results accurately in quality control reports and digital databases.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials or finished goods immediately.
- Monitor production line processes to ensure consistency and prevent potential defects.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot quality-related issues on the floor.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards and process efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using basic measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product defects.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office or digital reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality management policies.
