Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspection results, defect rates, and quality trends using specialized software.
- Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming materials to prevent their use in production or shipment to customers.
- Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and digital scales to verify product dimensions.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor production lines regularly to ensure all manufacturing processes comply with established SOPs and ISO quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of quality reports for management review and participate in internal quality audits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or Vocational Degree (SMK), preferably with a background in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a QA/QC Operator within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specification sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus during repetitive inspection tasks.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word, for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts and overtime as required by production schedules.
