Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Perform regular audits of operational workflows to identify areas for improvement or non-compliance.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality inspections and operational performance reports.
- Ensure all safety and quality protocols are followed throughout the facility.
- Assist in the development of new SOPs to streamline operational efficiency and product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Staff, QC Inspector, or in an operational role within a manufacturing or logistics company.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO standards are a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly across departments.
- Willingness to work on-site in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah.
