Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC).
- Lead and mentor the QA/QC team to ensure consistent monitoring and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular internal audits and supplier assessments to ensure strict compliance with quality specifications.
- Manage non-conformance reports, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to minimize defects.
- Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain departments to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Stay updated with the latest government regulations and industry trends related to food safety and quality management.
- Prepare detailed quality performance reports for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in QA/QC management within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and Halal certification systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to be deployed/relocated to any Cimory Group branch/factory throughout Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
