China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented QA/QC Manager to join our dynamic team in Cikarang Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our project excellence, ensuring that all construction activities strictly adhere to high-level technical specifications, international quality standards, contractual requirements, and local regulatory frameworks.
The successful candidate will lead the quality control department, implementing rigorous inspection protocols and fostering a culture of 'Quality First' across all project phases. You will bridge the gap between design intent and physical execution, mitigating risks through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan in alignment with CSCEC corporate standards.
- Oversee daily on-site inspections to verify that all construction activities meet engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Manage the documentation of quality records, including material testing, inspection reports, and non-conformance logs.
- Lead and mentor the site QA/QC team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
- Conduct regular audits of sub-contractor works to ensure compliance with project safety and quality mandates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and external auditors regarding quality assurance matters.
- Identify potential bottlenecks or defects early in the construction process and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in QA/QC management within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and international construction codes (ASTM, ACI, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to interpret complex technical blueprints, schematics, and contract documents.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with stakeholders and lead site personnel effectively.
- Proficiency in using project management software and quality reporting tools.
- Professional certification (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, or relevant local QA certifications) is highly preferred.
