Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents to ensure compliance and clarity.
- Conduct routine quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
- Oversee and verify the results of QA and R&D testing procedures.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, defects, or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to implement quality improvements and new testing methodologies.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities adhere to relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret technical test results.
- Excellent communication skills to report findings effectively to management and cross-functional teams.
