Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols throughout the production lifecycle.
- Conduct regular laboratory testing and quality inspections to ensure product consistency and safety.
- Manage documentation for regulatory compliance and food safety certifications (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO).
- Perform internal audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for system improvement.
- Liaise with external government and regulatory bodies to maintain license compliance.
- Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC or Regulatory Affairs within the food or manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
- Proven ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in preparing regulatory reports and technical documentation.
- Good communication skills, capable of coordinating with production and administrative teams.
- Willingness to be based in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.
