Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control protocols for nickel ore processing.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with operational SOPs and safety regulations.
- Collect, analyze, and document samples to verify product grade and consistency against industry standards.
- Coordinate with production and laboratory teams to identify deviations and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly quality audit reports for management review.
- Oversee calibration of testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance recovery rates and reduce process waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC roles within the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Strong understanding of nickel mining processes, sampling techniques, and analytical chemistry.
- Proficiency in using analytical software and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, SAP, or specialized laboratory software).
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations in mining.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah.
