Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily quality inspections at various production stages
- Perform product testing according to ISO standards and company specifications
- Document quality control results and maintain accurate inspection records
- Identify non-conforming products and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Implement and improve quality control procedures
- Prepare quality reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in QA/QC manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using quality testing equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
