Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
- Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities, leading root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Train production staff on quality procedures and safety best practices.
- Prepare detailed quality reports for management to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a QA/QC supervisory role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of QC tools, methodologies, and quality management systems (ISO standards are a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting software.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to be based in Kuta, Bali.
