We are seeking a dedicated QA QC Supervisor to lead quality assurance initiatives in our central kitchen operations at Sari Rasa Group. As a key guardian of our food safety standards, you'll ensure all products meet rigorous quality benchmarks while optimizing production efficiency. This pivotal role requires meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills to maintain our reputation for excellence in Jakarta's competitive F&B landscape.
You'll develop and implement comprehensive QA protocols, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in food safety practices, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards and local regulations while fostering a culture of quality consciousness among staff.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures for central kitchen operations
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and Indonesian food safety regulations
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations
- Train and mentor staff on food safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with R&D to enhance product quality and consistency
- Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in F&B QA/QC supervision
- HACCP certification and ISO 22000 knowledge required
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations (BPOM, Halal certification)
- Experience managing QA teams in high-volume production environments
- Proficient in quality control tools and statistical methods
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
