We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Sample (Garment) to join our production team in DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in our quality assurance lifecycle, ensuring that every garment prototype meets our rigorous craftsmanship and design standards before mass production begins.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of garment construction, pattern-making, and textile properties. You will work closely with the production and design teams to identify potential manufacturing issues, suggest improvements, and maintain the highest level of product integrity. Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect garment samples against technical specification sheets (Tech Packs) to ensure alignment with design requirements.
- Perform detailed measurements on prototypes to ensure accuracy against pattern grading standards.
- Identify and document construction errors, sewing defects, and fit issues during the sampling phase.
- Collaborate with the pattern-making and sewing teams to resolve quality concerns and optimize production processes.
- Evaluate fabric quality, trims, and embellishments for durability and aesthetic consistency.
- Maintain comprehensive quality records and generate reporting on sample evaluations for internal stakeholders.
- Support the transition of approved samples to the mass production team by providing clear quality guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the garment/apparel manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and textile manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret technical specification sheets, pattern measurements, and grading rules with high precision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and quality assessment equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a factory environment.
- Relevant educational background in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
