Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA supervision within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, 14001)
- Proficient in statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
