Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of fresh and frozen products to ensure they meet company standards
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature and storage conditions for perishable goods
- Coordinate with warehouse team to identify and manage bad stock or damaged products
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and inventory status
- Prepare daily quality reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
- Implement and follow quality control procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry best practices in quality assurance and warehouse management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control is a plus
- Prior experience in warehouse quality assurance or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards for fresh and frozen products
- Attention to detail with strong observational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical ability to perform warehouse inspections and handle products
