Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor QA/QC teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols
- Conduct regular product inspections and testing to identify quality deviations
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reporting systems
- Coordinate with production departments to resolve quality-related issues
- Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory requirements
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience with direct team supervision
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Experience implementing quality control methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in quality control tools and statistical methods
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
