As a QC Analyst, you will be the frontline of our quality assurance strategy. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling raw materials, finished goods, utility systems, and environmental safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous monitoring and quality control testing for raw water, utility systems, and finished goods according to FFI Product Specifications.
- Perform environmental monitoring and sampling to ensure facility hygiene and compliance with food safety standards.
- Analyze laboratory test results and maintain accurate documentation of all quality checks.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality deviations in real-time.
- Ensure that all equipment in the laboratory is calibrated and functioning correctly according to SOPs.
- Maintain compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP, and ISO standards within the laboratory environment.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality trends and incidents for the QA/QC Management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Laboratory role within the Food & Beverage or Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in analytical chemistry techniques and laboratory instrumentation.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain precise records and follow complex procedures.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment in Cikarang.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English for reporting purposes.
