Greenplus Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Analyst to join our growing team in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of product excellence and ensuring strict adherence to HALAL compliance protocols. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality lifecycle—from initial inspections and laboratory testing to rigorous documentation and process auditing.

You will work closely with production, operations, and management teams to identify potential quality risks, resolve non-conformances, and champion continuous process improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform laboratory testing and analyze samples to verify product specifications and HALAL integrity.
- Maintain precise documentation, including test reports, inspection logs, and non-conformance records.
- Lead and support internal quality audits to prepare for regulatory assessments and third-party certifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and enforce hygiene and safety protocols within the production environment to ensure total quality compliance.
- Propose and support process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QC Analyst or in a similar Quality Assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of HALAL compliance standards and quality management systems (QMS).
- Proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and documentation software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle deviations from quality benchmarks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to production staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
