You will be responsible for the continuous verification of production processes, ensuring that every product meets our rigorous specifications before it reaches the consumer.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor in-line production processes to ensure strict compliance with food safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Perform routine visual and instrumental inspections on raw materials and finished products to detect defects or deviations.
- Verify and document adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SSOP (Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and quality logs.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Ensure that hygiene and sanitation protocols are consistently followed throughout the production floor.
- Participate in internal audits, calibration of equipment, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Food Technology, Quality Control, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, GMP, and SSOP standards.
- Excellent observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks on the production floor.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts and holidays as required.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
