We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent QC In-process Control professional to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Cikande. In this role, you will be the guardian of our product quality, ensuring that every step of the production processâfrom raw material intake to final product packagingâadheres to the highest industry standards for cosmetics.
You will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by performing rigorous analytical testing and maintaining strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/CPKB). Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic physical and chemical testing on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
- Monitor production lines to ensure all processes comply with standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document test results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality control logs.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformity or deviations during the production process.
- Participate in environmental and equipment monitoring to ensure a sterile and safe production environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions following quality failures.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory testing instruments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth understanding of CPKB (Cara Pembuatan Kosmetika yang Baik) and GMP standards.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using basic laboratory equipment (pH meter, viscometer, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive testing tasks with high accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and shift systems.
- Strong integrity and commitment to organizational safety and quality protocols.
