Lakuliner is a rapidly growing company in the manufacturing and food logistics sector. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated QC Inline Staff to join our quality control team in Cibinong. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our operational processes meet the highest standards of safety and quality. From verifying raw materials to overseeing packaging and inventory rotation, you will be the final line of defense in maintaining the excellence of our products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous quality inspection of all incoming raw materials to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards during the manufacturing process.
- Manage inventory rotation using FIFO and FEFO methodologies to prevent spoilage and waste.
- Perform regular checks on Work-In-Progress (WIP) items to maintain consistency throughout the production cycle.
- Verify packaging integrity and ensure all product labeling is accurate before final dispatch.
- Document all quality findings and report any discrepancies to the production supervisor immediately.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in relevant fields.
- Proven experience as a QC Staff, Warehouse Clerk, or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, specifically FIFO and FEFO.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in raw materials and finished goods.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and manufacturing quality procedures is a plus.
- Willing to work in shift patterns if required by operational needs.
- Able to work effectively under minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment.
