Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive physical and chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform in-process quality testing to identify deviations and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Document all test results accurately in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or logbooks.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment to ensure precision and operational readiness.
- Monitor environmental conditions within the production area to ensure compliance with quality protocols.
- Assist in the investigation of non-conformance reports (NCR) and support root cause analysis (RCA) activities.
- Prepare and manage supporting samples for external testing or internal audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of QC analytical methods and laboratory safety standards.
- Proficiency in using analytical laboratory instruments (e.g., pH meters, titrators, spectrometers).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive testing tasks with high precision.
- Ability to interpret technical data and prepare clear, concise reports.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based, contract-driven environment.
