We are seeking a meticulous QC Lab Analyst to join Cahaya Buana Group's quality assurance team. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous testing of plastic raw materials using ASTM/ISO standards
- Analyze chemical, physical, and mechanical properties of polymers and additives
- Prepare detailed quality reports with accurate data interpretation
- Validate material compliance with production specifications and safety regulations
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality discrepancies
- Maintain calibration and proper functioning of laboratory equipment
- Implement and improve quality control protocols for raw materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
- Minimum 2 years' experience in quality control laboratory environment
- Proficiency in polymer testing methods (tensile, impact, rheology)
- Strong knowledge of ASTM/ISO testing standards for plastics
- Experience with HPLC, FTIR, and other analytical instruments
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced manufacturing setting
