Are you a detail-oriented Quality Control professional with strong leadership skills? PT. MINOSHIMA FAST INSPECTION is currently seeking a dedicated QC Leader to join our expanding team in Semarang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our high standards of garment excellence by overseeing inspection processes and mentoring a team of skilled inspectors.
As a QC Leader, you will act as the bridge between production line operations and management. You will be responsible for ensuring that all garments meet international quality specifications, identifying potential defects early in the cycle, and implementing corrective actions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 garment inspectors to ensure daily production targets and quality benchmarks are met.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on finished garments to ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards.
- Provide daily progress reports and quality performance analysis to the Supervisor (SPV).
- Mentor and coach team members on proper inspection techniques and defect identification.
- Manage the flow of garments through the inspection station to prevent bottlenecks.
- Document all quality findings and assist in the implementation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with industrial safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in garment quality control, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and common manufacturing defects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing a team of 5-10 people effectively.
- Proficiency in reporting via Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and quality manuals.
- Willingness to work based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
