Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the Quality Control team to ensure adherence to production standards.
- Perform comprehensive inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Act as the primary point of communication between local production teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders regarding quality reports and specifications.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities and lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct regular audits of the production line to ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety protocols.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to prepare detailed reports for management on operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior QC staff on inspection techniques and quality management tools.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal and written) to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and statistical process control.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality reporting software.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
