We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Manager to join the dynamic team at AEON. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance protocols across our retail operations. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of excellence, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining our brand reputation.
As the QC Manager, you will lead a team to monitor inventory quality, conduct rigorous inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a strategic partner to store management, identifying potential risks and resolving quality issues efficiently. We are looking for a leader who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about maintaining superior retail standards in the fast-paced environment of Tangerang.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive Quality Control (QC) strategies tailored for retail environments.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of incoming goods, displays, and store operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and product defect reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Train store staff and supervisors on quality assurance procedures, safety standards, and operational excellence.
- Manage the documentation of non-conformance reports (NCR) and track the closure of quality issues.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product integrity from arrival to shelf.
- Lead regular internal audits and facilitate quality improvement meetings to boost team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Retail Management.
- Strong understanding of ISO quality standards and retail operations procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and train teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail setting.
