Paradise Perkasa, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a results-driven QC Manager to lead our quality operations at our Cilegon plant. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our production standards, ensuring that every pipe and valve leaving our facility meets the highest international quality benchmarks.
You will lead a dedicated team to develop, implement, and audit comprehensive quality systems. Your expertise in manufacturing processes and defect analysis will directly impact our production efficiency, client satisfaction, and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain rigorous Quality Control systems and procedures for pipe and valve production lines.
- Lead and mentor the QC team, fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
- Analyze defect trends and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce wastage and rework.
- Oversee calibration and maintenance schedules for all testing and measuring equipment.
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to troubleshoot process deviations and enhance manufacturing workflows.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international manufacturing standards (ISO/ASTM/API).
- Prepare detailed quality reports and performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within a heavy manufacturing or piping industry.
- Deep understanding of pipe and valve manufacturing processes, testing standards, and material specifications.
- Certified in ISO 9001:2015 and proficient in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
- Willingness to be based in Cilegon, Banten.
